Updating Tracking Information on FWO Items
Updating Tracking Information on Field Work Order Items
On the selected FWO item, you will find the following fields:
- Tracking # – Carrier tracking number.
- Return Tracking # – Carrier tracking number for returning equipment.
- Ship Status – Status of shipments to a job site.
- Return Ship Status – Status of the return shipment.
To update the tracking information, click Edit. Then update the relevant fields and click Save.
*Integrations with UPS and FedEx are available to automate this process. Other carrier integrations are dependent on that carrier’s API. Contact your sales representative for a quote on these integrations.
