High Priority
High Priority designates an FWO that needs immediate attention due to a critical issue.
ETA Confirmed
The worker has confirmed their ETA for the FWO.
Enroute
The worker is enroute to the FWO location.
Revisit Needed
The worker or owner has indicated that work was unable to be completed during the scope of the FWO, and a revisit will need to be scheduled.
Misdiagnosis
Indicates that the initially provided scope was incorrect.
Out of Scope
Indicates that additional out-of-scope work was necessary to complete the order.
